SYMPTOM
Error Message: The format of the file 'dotnetCHARTING' is invalid.
CAUSE
This may happen when using a .net 2.0 .netCHARTING dll in a .net 1.x environment.
SOLUTION
A .net 1.x version is not currently supported, however, you may contact support to request an older version that supports it.
