ANSWER
Yes, however, Sharepoint web parts require a strongly named assembly. The website and free developer version are not strongly named. If you would like to request a strongly named server version trial for sharepoint development please contact support at support@dotnetcharting.com.
Note: A server license purchase would be required to use a strongly named version of .netCHARTING.
