Current Upgrade Policy:
With the release of .netCHARTING 5.x we have introduced a new subscription offering which includes 1 year of major and minor upgrades along with a year of priority email support.
If you wish to upgrade to the current version you can do so by purchasing a subscription from https://www.dotnetcharting.com/store/upgrade.aspx
If you let your subscription lapse you are still free to use the last version released while your subscription was still active. To continue to have access to new versions (major or minor) along with priorty email support a new subscription would be required.
If your license for a previous version of .netCHARTING was purchased within 90 days of a new release, you are eligible for a free upgrade to that version. To obtain your upgrade email orders@dotnetcharting.com with your original orderid to request your upgrade.
The previous upgrade policy remains in effect for licenses purchased before the 5.0 release:
All minor version upgrades for .netCHARTING are included at no additional charge.
For example, if you license version 4.0 you may use 4.1, 4.2 and any other 4.x version released using your original 4.x license key. 5.0 would be a major version upgrade and would require a paid upgrade and new license key.
