Key
The string to look for.
Value
The string to replace the key with.
IgnoreCase
A Boolean value indicating whether to ignore case for strings or convert the string to a number for comparison with the key so '0' will match '0.0'
Adds a LabelOverride to the LabelOverrides collection.
