Name of the new axis.
convertFromUnit
Unit to convert from.
convertToUnit
Unit to convert to.
refreshScale
If true, the axis ticks will not necessarily match the original ticks. They will have their own appropriate interval and be easier to read in many cases.
Obtains a copy instance of this Axis and performs unit conversion for it's tick values based on the specified units.
