Gets or sets the lower bounds of this numeric axis' range.

Return Type

A Double indicating the minimum value of this axis.

Remarks

Applies to value axes. When not specified, this value defaults to 0. When the range axis scale is used, it will be set relative to the minimum range of the plotted data.
